The lyrics of this song is moving and it is ode to the all mighty. Let us remind you that Sarbjit is the story Sarabjit Singh, an Indian villager who crossed over to neighbouring nation Pakistan by mistake, He was captured by Pakistan police and he spent 23 years in jail before he was killed by the inmates. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan plays Sarabjit's sister Dalbir Kaur who ran a campaign to have her brother rescued from Pakistan, but to no avail. The song reflects the helplessness and hopeless she holds in her heart. She completely submits herself to the will of god and pays for the safety pf her brother. There's a frame in which Sarabjit is seen struggling to get sunlight so that he can read the letters he received from his family.
